You have a book you want to write, but you have neither the time nor the inclination to do it yourself. There is another option. Ghostwriting.

You and I meet either in person or via Zoom for an hour each week (or more frequently if there is a sense of urgency).


I record our conversation, transcribe it, and begin the writing process. Each session will inform the subsequent session in terms of questions and topics and themes to be covered. But for the first four sessions, you “go where the story takes you.” This give me a sense of what is really important to you. After that we start filling in the gaps. 


After every fourth session, you receive all the transcripts of our conversations as well as the “chapters” I have written. 


You read through the draft, ensuring that all facts are correct. You also give me feedback around tone/style/point of view. Capturing your story is only one part of the process; revealing your unique voice, point of view and tone is crucial. Your book needs to sound like you. 

Fee: $950.00 +GST per 4 sessions

This includes conversations, transcripts, and drafted chapters. It also includes changes you would like to make, and communication via email or telephone between sessions. (Each hour of recording usually results in 3-4 hours of writing.) Final cost will depend on the scope of the project, length of time, and word count.
